Products & Returns

1. Digital Products

We offer a variety of digital products, including but not limited to online planners and templates. Due to the nature of these digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

2. Physical Products

We accept returns of faulty items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our contact form in our support center.

Orders

1. Placing an Order

By placing an order through our Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Payment

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our website.

3. Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of the products you have ordered and other pertinent information.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed.
