Can you refund my digital product?
Ah, the digital dilemma! Due to the nature of our digital products, we can't offer refunds. Once it's downloaded, it's yours forever. Think of it as adopting a digital pet—you can't give it back!
How will I receive my digital item?
Once purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link. Depending on the product, you will simply need to open it in Canva (Templates) or Good Notes 5 (Planners).
Can you make me a custom design?
Unfortunately, we don’t take custom orders at the moment. But never say never!
Do I need to download an app?
Yes! For all social media templates, you'll just need to download the free version of Canva. For all digital planners, we recommend using GoodNotes 5, but similar annotation apps should also work just fine.
I'm not good with computers?!
